Refund Policy

Med Pay Group, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) processes payments on behalf of medical tourism providers worldwide. We do not provide medical services and are not responsible for medical outcomes.

1. No Standard Refunds

Med Pay Group, LLC does not offer refunds for any payments made through MedPayGroup.com. All payments are considered final once processed.

 

2. Vendor-Specific Refund Policies

Refund eligibility is determined solely by your medical tourism provider’s refund policy and discretion. If your provider authorizes a refund, we will process it upon written authorization from the provider.

 

3. Credits for Future Services

In most cases, if your provider approves, Med Pay Group, LLC will issue credits for future services with the same provider in lieu of a refund. These credits can only be used with the original provider and are non-transferable.

 

4. How to Request a Refund or Credit

To request a refund or credit:

  • Contact your medical tourism provider directly to discuss your eligibility under their policies.

  • If your provider authorizes a refund or credit, they must notify us in writing.

  • We will process the approved credit or refund within a reasonable timeframe.
